How do I use Counter Clean?
To use Counter Clean, simply pour the whole 0.68 fl oz (20ml) bottle of cleaning concentrate into your Bottle for Life and slowly fill to the top (just below the neck) with tap water. Give the bottle a gentle shake to mix, then enjoy your uplifting clean!
How do I manage my membership?
You’ll receive a new refill pack of Signature Scents refills every 90 days. You can access your Member Portal whenever you need to pause a delivery or cancel your membership.
If you have any trouble managing your membership, our Customer Experience Team is always on hand to help.
How many uses will I get out of a bottle?
A 10.14 fl oz (300ml) bottle of Counter Clean (including one 0.68 fl oz (20ml) concentrate) contains about 230 sprays. A typical household will get through one of our 10.14 fl oz bottles in two to four weeks, unless you get a bit addicted to wiping down your surfaces like we have!
How can I track my order?
We aim for all orders to be dispatched within one working day, and for you to receive it within 3-5 business days.

Are your products safe for pets?
Our products are safe to use around dogs and other pets, but if you’re worried about allergies, it’s always best to check with your vet. Birds are particularly sensitive to airborne substances, so it’s a good idea to take them out of the room while you clean. It’s also important to note that Ylang Ylang and Citronella are both toxic to dogs if they’re ingested or applied topically, so naturally, we wouldn’t recommend that. It goes without saying, but please don’t let your pets lick or drink Counter Clean.
